DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders are despatched on a NEXT DAY service. Bank Holidays will add an extra working day to the estimated delivery lead times.
We endeavour to send out all orders placed by 1.00pm the same working day; however this may not be possible during very busy periods.
We deliver free of charge all orders over £100 at trade value to all UK Mainland (apart from Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland), £125 Isle of Wight & Isle of Man, £300 Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands & Highlands.
Orders under these values may incur a low order value charge as a contribution toward processing, packing and delivery costs.
Shortages and damaged deliveries or invoice discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order for a claim to be valid.
Customers are advised to check and sign for the actual number of cartons.
Claims cannot be entertained where an incorrect number of parcels have been signed for.
Customers are respectfully requested to double check contents before claiming.
Claims for faulty goods can only be accepted where they are defective in manufacture.
Shop soiled or damaged goods will not be accepted, including where goods have been priced for display.
Faulty goods will be replaced or credited only where the Company has previously supplied the goods.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any claims for damaged goods that have been signed for in 'good condition'.
RETURNS INFORMATION
Please note that all goods are supplied on a firm sale basis, we do not operate anything on a “sale or return” basis.
IMPORTANT: Before returning damaged or faulty goods we request that you contact us first.
All damages or shortages must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
A full refund for damaged or faulty items will be made.
A refund will be made for any stock shortages.
We cannot be held liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to wrong details having been entered while registering.
